Week 23 Update

5^th Grade Weekly Update

Dear Parents,

Yet another Literacy Week has come and gone and we have all had a really good time. This was the first of its kind in that the whole school devoted the week to Roald Dahl books and characters. Thank you to all of the students for all of their contributions that made the week the huge success that it was.      

What we learned this week

Maths: Topic 10 – Adding and Subtracting Fractions and Decimals + Topic Test/Topic 11- Multiplying Fractions and Mixed Numbers

Literacy: Literacy Week Activities

Science: Chapter 3 – Growth and Survival Chapter Wrap-up and Test.

Social Studies: Chapter 9 The Great Depression and The New Deal

What we will learn next week
