5^th Grade Weekly Update

Dear Parents,

Welcome to the month of June and the final three weeks of the Grade 5 school year. Alongside their June studies, the students will spend what remains of their time in class reflecting on the year and thinking about all that they have learned since August last year.

Maths: Topic 19 Transformations, Congruence, and Symmetry

Literacy: Fantasy Narrative Reading and Writing – Bridge to Terrabithia

Science: Chapter 6: Earth and Space

Social Studies: Chapter 15 People and the Economy

Due to the short week following the Dragon Boat Festival, there is no Student of the Week.
